Dr. Michael Bird at Covenant Theological Seminary

• “Covenant Seminary invites you to join us for the Sixth Annual David C. Jones Theology Lectures on Tuesday, February 12, and Wednesday, February 13. This year’s speaker is Dr. Michael Bird, lecturer in systematic theology and New Testament at Ridley Melbourne Mission and Ministry College in Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Bird has recently completed a major work on systematic theology entitled Evangelical Theology: A Gospel Theology for Gospel People, which will be published by Zondervan late in 2013. The book attempts to be genuinely evangelical by letting “its content, structure, and substance be singularly determined by the gospel.”  read more…
